After spending years studying in the Grand Lunar Academy, Viktor was ready to take on the world!

Their outgoing personality combined with their ambitious spirit can sometimes make them appear haughty and demanding - and sometimes Viktor is just that, especially when it comes to a research project. 

After graduation, Vik was accepted into the Lunaesi Cultural Exploration Guild (or the LCEG), a senate-appointed and funded group whose purpose is to learn as much about the other herds as possible. Viktor excitedly accepted his invitation to the guild and readied himself for travel... and was disappointed to find out that his first year and a half would be entirely administrative.

For nearly two years they sorted paperwork, corrected forms, and oversaw such exciting activities as ordering office supplies when finally his chance for greatness came!

There it was! An internal hiring ad for someone to put together a group and research the Festival of the Sun. 

Their time of dedication to the dull and mind-numbing ("soul-rending" - Vik) work made him the ideal candidate (or so Vik says, while they leave out the part about the other applicants taking other positions and that Vik was actually the third pick in line... but who's counting?).

Viktor grabbed their scrolls and readied for travel. It was time to meet their guide, an Ortusi named Ford.
